Refund Policy

Prompt Psychology sells full lifetime access to the course for a one-time payment of £29. This policy is intended to provide a clear and reasonable refund process and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

14-day course guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase where all of the following apply:

  1. You have completed the free Module 1 before or during that 14-day period.
  2. After reviewing Module 1 and purchasing access, you decide that the full Prompt Psychology course is not suitable for you.
  3. Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.

You do not need to complete the paid modules before requesting a refund.

Technical access failures

A full refund may also be requested if payment has been successfully taken, Prompt Psychology cannot provide the paid course access purchased, and we are unable to restore that access within 5 working days after you report the problem.

This technical-access protection is not limited to the 14-day satisfaction period where Prompt Psychology has failed to provide the purchased digital content.

How to request a refund

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with the email address used for your Prompt Psychology account, the approximate purchase date, and a short statement that you are requesting a refund.

Do not send payment-card details by email.

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Paid-course access will be removed when the refund is approved.

Refunds normally not provided

The voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not normally apply where more than 14 calendar days have passed since purchase and there is no technical or statutory issue; access problems result solely from the user's device, internet connection or unsupported third-party software; or there is evidence of payment fraud, abuse or deliberate misuse of the refund process.

Nothing in this section removes statutory remedies where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet rights provided by law.
